We raise Purebred Karakul Sheep.
Also have Teeswater, Targhee X,  FinnX.
 Blue Faced Leicester X, MerinoX.
Romney-Corriedale crosses and a few others, our focus is on the wool.

We are also the home of the N.E. Iowa Weavers Museum.

Long wool is my passion—working with it to spin, weave, wet felt,

needle felt, locker hook and knit or crochet.
I also do quilting and sewing and have been doing some rug hooking.

Please check out all the pages to my web site to see pictures of

dyed and natural wool, my sheep, rugs and looms.

My studio is in a large barn that is filled with the rug looms and all my fibers.

I have a collection of about 20 rug weaving looms all housed in a large heated barn. Some very rare, most in operation and some waiting to be restored.

I have been weaving rag rugs since 1990 and started raising sheep in January of 1999.

my first car 1969 Dodge dart. My husband bought it back for me for my 40th birthday.

What a suprise , i said "it looks just like my old Dart"  [and it was  the very same one !]
